Account Closure

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on cric88 is ৳300 (for all methods). We support the following payment methods:

Deposits are generally processed instantly. In some cases there may be a slight delay due to network issues.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed faster.

Important: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

A withdrawal request may be cancelled or delayed if: (a) the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met; (b) account verification is incomplete; (c) unusual transaction activity is detected.

cric88 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and suspicious activity monitoring policies. We reserve the right to hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

cric88 offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳34,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000 (maximum limit applies).

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

The cric88 VIP program has 5 levels, with weekly cashback offered at each level:

  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Specific calculation periods and terms apply for cashback. cric88 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

cric88 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Colluding or cheating in coordination with other players.
  • Following betting patterns designed to exploit bonus arbitrage or system advantages.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Harassing or displaying aggressive behavior toward other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical issue, cric88 reserves the right to correct it. Defective game rounds may be cancelled and replayed. cric88 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues.
